Terms

These terms are between you and i am a ApS (CVR 46829336), Lunekrogen 4, 9200 Aalborg SV, Denmark, and cover your i am a__ account and early access. The app you install has its own licence, which you accept when you install it; what we do with personal data is in the privacy notice.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older to make an account. An account is for one person: keep your sign-in links to yourself. You can delete your account at any time on your account page.

Early access

Early access is a beta of i am a__: free while it lasts, changed often, and made better by what we learn from it. People are let in from the waitlist in the order they came. Things will change, some will break, and features may come and go; we may pause or end early access, and we will tell you first when we can.

Early access includes sending usage statistics from the app on how AI agents use it, as the privacy notice describes, never your work. The app tells you when it starts, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Agents → Usage statistics.

Payments and Credits

Nothing is sold during early access, and you will not be charged. Before i am a__ is sold, or Credits are, these terms will say the price, how it renews, how to cancel and your right of withdrawal, and you will agree to them before you pay anything.

Your work

What you make is yours: your projects, your media and the videos you export. Projects stay on your computer, and we get no rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music, fonts and other material you use, and for what you publish.

The AI agents you connect, and the services you use with your own keys, are made and run by others: their own terms apply to them and to what you send them.

Using it fairly

• Don’t use i am a__ to break the law or other people’s rights, or to make content that harms people.
• Don’t get round early access or the app’s checks, and don’t share, sell or pass on your access.
• Don’t attack, overload or try to break into the site, the app’s online services or other people’s accounts.

If you seriously break these terms, we may suspend or end your access, after telling you unless it cannot wait.

Liability

Early access is free and a beta, and we offer it as it is: we don’t promise it will be free of errors or always available. Keep copies of work that matters to you. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost work, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, fraud or personal injury, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app; your projects and exports stay yours. We may end your access as described above, or end early access for everyone, telling you first when we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it applies; the date at the top says which version this is.

Law and disputes

Danish law applies, and disputes are decided by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. Consumers in Denmark can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) through Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).
